A pivot announcement · Southwest Florida

One operator. Six businesses. One operating system.

Day14 OS is the multi-tenant studio I built to run every business I own from a single worktree. Marketing sites, customer portals, billing, admin app, scheduled agents, an inbox that only surfaces things a human has to decide.

Today I’m opening the waitlist. The signal closes Sunday at 14:00 EDT.

A real Monday morning. Six businesses. No standups.

I open the admin dashboard, the inbox shows me three things to approve, I approve them, the scheduled tasks fire, and by noon every business has shipped something. No team, no project manager, no Notion archaeology. The OS is the manager.

Three tenants, three businesses, one OS

Live, running, taking real money.

The OS is multi-tenant from the metal up. These three businesses share the same admin app, the same inbox, and the same evidence verifier. They look like three companies because they are.

Clinician portal — credential checklist + intake parser running over a candidate resume, dossier auto-generating into the right panel.

Result
Credential-aware intake that used to take 40 minutes per clinician now takes 4. Same admin app the operator uses for the other five businesses.

Brand site hero with menopause-positive editorial photography, product grid, MailerLite-wired waitlist, AI chatbot answering symptom questions.

Result
Brand-led D2C site built to look like it came from a 20-person team. Lives in the same OS as the SaaS tenant — different brand, same admin.

Content business · Personal-finance education

Result
A scheduled agent drafts essays nightly to the brand voice. Operator reviews and ships from the inbox. One content business running on autopilot.

Same OS. Same inbox. Same evidence verifier. Three completely different businesses.

How the OS actually works

Three primitives. Everything else is a consequence.

  1. 01

    Add a tenant

One config entry. The OS picks up the tenant everywhere — admin dashboard, inbox routing, deploy strip, scheduled tasks, work-log.

  2. 02

    Schedule the agents

Daily briefing, content drafts, image generation, deploy commit, EOD evidence check. Each agent writes to the work-log when it ships, surfaces to the inbox when it can't.

  3. 03

    Live in the inbox

The operator's job is one screen: /admin/inbox. Everything else is either automated or evidence-verified. If it's not in the inbox, it doesn't need you.

Founder pricing — open until 100 signups

Three tiers. Pick one.

Founder pricing locks for the first 100 signups. After that the Founder tier closes; Portfolio becomes the top public tier.

The 24-hour signal

I’m opening the waitlist today. The signal closes Sunday.

If 50+ operators want this by Sunday at 14:00 EDT, I start onboarding next week. If fewer, I refocus on the strongest tenant and the OS stays private tooling. Either answer is useful. The point of the waitlist is to find out.

Day14 OS · waitlist

One email, Sunday.

I’ll send one email Sunday with where the signal landed, and maybe one more on launch day. That’s the whole sequence.

No drip campaign. No upsell. Unsubscribe is a one-click reply.

The day-job, still on offer

Want a single 14-day build instead? That offer still stands.

The build studio that funded Day14 OS is still taking three customers a month. Fixed-price 14-day platforms — site, portal, admin app, billing. Same operator, same agents, different deliverable.
